The MINC#NIMC privacy policy is based on the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (also reflected in PIPEDA, the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). A Privacy Impact Assessment has been done to confirm that MINC operations comply with applicable privacy legislation in Canada.
